I think one must  ask a question about  the point that the man had "very, very
recently"  started CS before having his  heart attack.    It could be that the
CS started killing bacteria in the arteries;  some came loose and caused the
infarction.   I do not think this is farfetched.    If not,  then it might be
good advice for persons wishing to use CS to have a good medical check-up
first.
