Cool vapor and ultrasonic mean that the particles are formed and sent into
the air.  The other kind of vaporizer which uses heat puts distilled water
into the air, leaving any silver behind in the bowl.

It should be ok to use the normal fill tank provided that it does NOT run
through a charcoal filter.

Drinking it puts it into your stomach and blood. Breathing it puts it into
your lungs.  I has to go where the problem is.
