What is the difference between an ultrasonic humidifer and a regular old fashioned one? I've also seen "cool vapor" humidifiers which personally I don't understand why you would need cool vapor since the temp would equilibrate to the room temp quickly. How do you use CS with a humidifier? Do you use it as the water IN the humidifier or in the resevoir on top? Is breathing vaporized CS better than drinking it, does it get into your system faster?
