They'd better be mA. :) You wouldn't have any water in the container if it were Amps. But, why the KCl? That would speed up the process so you'd need about 10 minutes, total, for producing CS (along with AgCl). Most people would say you shouldn't put anything into the container but distilled water and silver electrodes (then, running the process for 30 minutes should produce about 8 ppm).
