You might find that CS works better for AIDS than sinuses. The problem is that it just doesn't make it to the right area easily when taken orally. You might try using a nebulize, spray, or drops to directly application to the sinuses. It is one of the more difficult areas, but there have been reports of some success with direct application with spray and drops.
