Ist of all, If you have in writing that the water would be good then I would go after the drillers and any names that told you that it would be good and have them return money or rectify the problem. Maybe they could go deeper or get you water for cooking and drinking and washing clothes and baths from a source close to your home. You could use it for toilet use but it would be contamiaiting your property. In fact any use of it will contamiate your property for grass, garden, trees etc as well as pets etc. You wouldn't want to drink the milk from a cow that was there eating the grass etc. One thing leads to another with bad water/ Maxine
