Great message, and a great guy, that Dr. Cary Reams.
As Henry Ford said about the Federal Reserve, ..... "IF the average
American understood how it worked, there would be a march on Washington
before morning".
If Dr. Reams was alive today, he would be tarred and feathered before
morning. ..... or worse.
I use one lemon per day in the manner you describe. Also, I cut it in an
unusual manner to create as much surface area on the cuts as
possible. Also squeeze it very hard with the idea to get some lemon oil
extracted.
Someplace, I picked up something about the oil, but more recent searches
don't seem to uncover anything.
Could I be wrong to think that Lemon oil is good for one when ingested?
