a question: I make colloidal silver starting with pure distilled water and two pure silver electrodes with a home made CS generator (polarity switching every 60 sec) starting at 80 V dc and after reaching the maximum constant current of 2 mA per square inch the voltage drops slowly to 15 V. I do have almost no TD. Can something else being made other then CS? Or can something else make the water resistance lower?
