Hi Karl I found taking a additional 1,000 mg slow release Vit C before going to party was helpful to stop the burning of my eyes at a party where there was a lot of smoke in the past. But now with the homeopathic treatments I have been getting I have no problem with the smoke and I was a lot less tired as well. I am overall more chemically tolerant than I was before.

Just take a gram or 2 of Choline, or 2 or 3 of Lecithin, before going to a smoky place. This helps my wife tremendously. Others on this list will probably be able to offer many other helpful suggestions. I'm afraid I haven't kept up as I am too busy with work. Hope this helps.
