Perhaps it was from Brooks.>> There is no spore with a similar enough cell wall structure to be able to state that a substance that works on it will work on B anthracis. The closest in structure is B aureus. Virility is about 10% that of B anthracis. Nature Journal had a great article (within the last two months) about science just beginning to understand why B anthracis overwhelms the body so quickly compared to other other spores of similar structure.
