There has been concern expressed on the Yahoo CS Group (formerly CS
Club) about bubbling introducing things that would form silver compound
contaminants during CS generation. I wouldn't think LVDC would be enough
to make any nitrogen compounds. Could using a bubbler make undesirable
levels of silver oxide? Or wee tiny amounts of silver carbonate?

Before I started using a bubbler my CS was a pale yellow and there was
considerable gunk on the bottom of the jar underneath the electrodes.
With a bubbler my CS is clear, and there is only a little bit of fine
gray deposit on the glass just above the water level. After a day
or more of settling I don't see any deposits on the bottom, but I'm
using the spigot of the gallon iced tea jug to drain off only the middle
portion just in case. The bottom portion and the bit on top containing
the stuff that floats after I pull out the electrodes gets tossed in the
decorative fountain from which the kitties drink.
