If the MP is doing it's thing, it should be dumping most of the energy into
the appropriate body parts. In which case the body is acting as a resistive
secondary winding - the MP coil being the primary winding. In which case we
are dealing neither with an RC or LC, but an RLC circuit. Even when used
away from close proximity to the body, presumably there are diode clamps
present in the circuit to avoid resonant 'ringing'. One would need an
accurate model of the effective resistivity of various body locations before
the 'R' value(s) could be inserted into the circuit model and the true
response computed.
