As usual, thanking you all in advance ( because I always forget to e-mail you
off list to thank you);
my question this time is: does cold temperature reduce the effectiveness of
CS? The reason I ask is because one of my friends puts ice cubes in his CS.
Does this reduce the effectiveness of CS?
Another question: I put CS in my vegetable juice (freshly squeezed, but then
frozen, and when ready to drink, thawed, and refrigerated. So, in effect, CS
put into cold vegetable juice. Would this reduce the effectiveness of CS?
Would it be best if I and my friends just took the CS straight and on an empty
stomach?
