Diet changes, to RAW feedings, make the animals less appealing to fleas, tics, mosquitos, do not know if that holds true of flies also. My rottie- out most of the time, also in the heat, is not generally bothered by flies. Flies were a problem for dogs in the past before I started BARF feedings. Connie
