Surely someone has measured the current with 2.0 inch spacing, then
3.0, then 4.0, and 5.0 to see the effect.
Possibly I am on the wrong track, and something I am not aware of
effects all this.
If no one else had done this and cannot offer a clarification, then I
will do some testing along these line.
I've been thinking alone these lines also. I'd hate to "waste" CS as a
starter batch for another batch. I've been thinking of a set up where
the electrodes are 2 distances apart with a solenoid arrangement to
increase the distance. Rig it so that in the beginning they are close
together and then either after a given time or a certain milliampere
range is detected the solenoid engages and pushes the electrodes to
their maximum distance apart.
I really, really need an electrical engineer to design some of the stuff
I'm coming up with. OTOH, I'm having a great time working through all
kinds of design ideas for making CS. I've got an electronics background
which is coming in handy now.
This might be a waste of time however since I'm using some boughten CS
and it's not working for me. Yes, I know the quality is questionable
since it was bought (Australian to like WaterOz?) I've been using it
orally and with a nebulizer to try and get me over this respiratory
infection but it's just not working. Disheartening but I'll keep going
because of what I'm hearing from people like you all.
Gary.
