Ken, I don't know if Internet Explorer is similar on PeeCees & Macs, but each month I burn a copy of my hard drive, and, save all of my stored data including my Favorites ( URLs). On a Mac, they are stored at a location in the software named Favorites.html, if you can find that, just make a copy, and reinstall after you reinstall IE. On my system if is stored in a folder named Preferences / Explorer - in that folder are 9 items, one of which is Favorites.html.
