How much CS are you on, and how often. My neighbor had shingles, and the CS
orally is what killed the virus, but I think you should be agressive. How
about working up to 8 - 16 oz throughout the day?

My Dr said the Contrition won't help but I differ.
I have been taking Glucosimine/ Contrition and it has helped me.
What do you do to get rid of the Virus of Shingles/ chicken pox.?
I have found many things that all help with the p[ain in lessoning it some
,but I want to KILL the VIRUS as The pain won't go away without ridding oneself
of the unstopable Virus I beleive.
I am also on CS and won't give up yet.
