Hang in there....My neighbor only drank about 2 oz per day, but it took about
4 months before he noticed anything. It was very SLOW, and very GRADUAL, but
it was definately worth the wait.....He is 76 years old, and says he's feeling
better than 15 years ago. When he started on the CS he could not even put his
wallet in his pocket without pain, and he could not sit on one side without
comfort, also, he slept on one of those foam mattresses, but still could not
sleep on one side. Now he can do all of it.

Did they take anyhting else with it etc? I been on it about 2months now and

How much CS are you on, and how often. My neighbor had shingles, and the
CS orally is what killed the virus, but I think you should be agressive. How
about working up to 8 - 16 oz throughout the day?

Are you a Dr of what kind of medicine??
My Dr said the Contrition won't help but I differ.
I have been taking Glucosimine/ Contrition and it has helped me.
What do you do to get rid of the Virus of Shingles/ chicken pox.?
I have found many things that all help with the p[ain in lessoning it
some ,but I want to KILL the VIRUS as The pain won't go away without ridding
oneself of the unstopable Virus I beleive.
I am also on CS and won't give up yet.
