What is the Zoster Virus? Read my post about the Zapper. Isn't shingles a skin ailment? As far as VCO is concerned, you take by all means possible except maybe breathing it. Rub it on, brush your teeth with it, use it for cream in your coffee, put it in your food, and first thing you know, you will turn into a coconut tree (joke).
