We use it in anything we need fat for, including baking, sauteeing (great aroma
with chicken). My very-overweight dog has lost 5 pounds since I started putting
in his food. Before, I just gave him less food and he would be begging
constantly for anything. Now, he's eating a quarter less dog food & never seems
hungry. It's not exactly scientific, but he seems satisfied and is still very
active, so we'll keep it up. I love the taste, so it pretty much goes in
everything for me, too.

Please note that Heather King said she buys it by the five pound bucket,
not 5 gallon. I bought the one gallon bucket for $50, shipping included.
I think handcrafted organic vegetable oil all the way from the
Philipines
for $12.50 per quart is very reasonable.
