Dear Maxine,
If your gold jewelry makes your skin turn green, then whoops! it ain`t gold!
It is a cuprous metal alloy, with perhaps some gold but probably not much.
Try 14 KT gold, it won`t do that. It is mostly gold with some silver in it
for strength. White gold has more silver, red gold has some copper.
