My original question was: Since I can't have the mercury in my teeth removed
right now, will brushing with CS and also swishing some around in one's
mouth afterwards help to neutralize the effects of the mercury in my teeth.
And is this a matter of over a long period of time?
Part 2 of my question: What is the best strength to use? Health food
stores have 10ppm, 22 ppm, 30ppm, 500ppm. I have been using 10 ppm. Is 500
better? or is 22 better than 10.
what is recommended.
Thank you all for your input re: having mercury removed -- the process, and
many other postings of interest.
