Even if you were to drive the nebulizer with O2, you need to allow the C02 to escape. Check with a vet to make sure rabbits can accept O2. A very small box, rabbit shaped, might be better so that the stream of the mist can be directed to the correct end of the rabbit. O2 with CS is very potent for man's lung infections, and probably so for rabbits.

The bunny has undergone 2 treatments of antibiotics without success. I am thinking about nebulized cs. How would you suggest we do this? She was thinking of putting bunny in a pet travel carrier, tape all holes and leave a whole for the tubing. Would this be a possibility?? I am thinking that if we block all air escapes, wouldn't we also block oxygen supplies?? She might be afraid to put a mask of the bunny's face and have her freak out. Please, any input is quite welcome. This little bunny has been sick for quite a while now, Sylvie _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
