I have done kittens and cats one of two ways. Carrier method: The easiest is to push the extension tubing into a slot on the door to hold it and simply put the animal in. I drape a sheet over the carrier to hold the mist in. Because the mist drops it is better to put it above the height of the head of the animal.
Second way is to get a rubbermaid blanket box. Cut a while the size of the extension tubing, push the tubing through and tape in place. The rubbermaid boxes have handles/grasps that flip up with holes under, this will allow air in. Put the animal in-let the neb run. I will fill the med cup and let run for an hour or so at a time.
