she did what you told me to tell her to do, she started with 1/2 cup in the morning and 1/2 in the evening and I think she has cut that down to 1/4 cup a day, the last test she had done both lungs where clear in fact the doctor said that if he did not know better he would say she had never smoked, and she did for a lot of years, the tumor that was sitting on her heart which could have killed her at anytime is now like a piece of flesh they want to give her another body scan in Dec so far they can not find any cancer anywhere other then the one by her heart which they are keeping an eye on that is as much as I know right now she cut down to 1/4 cup after a year, hope this helps James, Lynda
