I have a nail fungus I've been trying to treat with CS. It seemed to make it worse instead of better, and it spread to a previously unaffected finger. Recently I got some DMSO from the feed store and combined it 50% with CS to see if it would help it penetrate. I was surprised that the mixture got hot indicating a chemical reaction was taking place. Is that normal?
I've tried soaking my fingers in it for a few minutes and sometimes the skin seems smoother but then it will go to the red scaly stage. Does it take a really long time to get results?
