Yes, I agree. My daughter's mother (nurse educator) insisted that Rachael (8yrs) have the Rubella vaccination. So we snuck a 50mL bottle of 20ppm CS into her school bag, with instructions to drink it just before the jab.
She did this, and was very pleased that everybody else in her class was red and sore at the entry site, but she was not.
