I went around and bought a few different brands
Crystal Springs 1.2 uS
Morning Fresh Farms 1.1 uS
Great Value 1.6 uS
Food Lion 4.9 uS
I've had good results with all of them.
The Food Loin brand certainly doesn't need any sort of starter
