List, It would appear that 99.99% fine silver is almost impossible to obtain, even in USA, below is a copy of two emails from Hauser & Miller, who are I believe leading precious metal dealers in USA. Any comments anyone?

As for the impurities, usually it is copper but of course it varies and to find out exactly we would have to do a chemical analysis. The silver runs about $3.50 a foot approximately.
