But I wouldn't take too much CS at the beginning, as you'll most likely feel really bad for a few days. I'd also drink plenty of water -- 50 to 60 ounces daily -- to help flush the toxins (and dead beasties) out of your system. Once the initial "I'm feeling worse" episode goes away, then an increase in the amount of CS is okay. The problem could be over in 10 days -- or if it's as bad as Lyme disease, it could be many months before you're up to snuff.
