Anyway, I'd suggest looking at the anti-fungal properties of various fungi,
which have developed compounds to protect themselves against their
brethren. There is a great deal more research on these 'mycomedicinals'
in the orient. For fairly up-to-date information you could get a copy of
Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms, by Stamets, ten speed press. His
