Charles, I have a book by Dr. David G. Williams "DMSO The Complete Up-to-Date Guidebook, and he mentions many uses for DMSO but does not talk about nebulizing it.
For me I use Brooks Bradley's Resaerch Foundation's methode for lung problums. Taste like h-ll, but works very well.
