Hi Maia; You can look up each form of glutathione readily on Medline...
Each glutathione, and each antioxidant, has a specific function that it performs best. Dr.Jimmy Gutman's book, "Glutathione Your Body's Most Powerful Healing Agent" is a good start on glutathione, with piles of peer-reviewed references. That material on Medline is more organized in the book. Glutathione nd all the other antioxidants are covered fully in Dr. White and Dr. McLeod's bood "The Miracle of Antioxidants". Both books are written as refernces; I use them both in my workshops.
