Does anyone here have information related to using CS before/after kidney transplant surgery? My sister will soon be placed on the transplant list with end stage renal failure...no dialysis yet... but that should begin very soon...close family members seem to have the same problem...it's genetic...and are not suitable donors...she may be on the waiting list for a while...she's 47...basically healthy otherwise...but has high blood pressure...it's controlled with medication and part of her kidney disease profile...
Would CS help her fight infection/rejection...etc.? Thanks, Kathie
