The mineral ZINC worked wonders on my son's acne. Hetook 10 units or however it is sold every morning before going to school and after a week or so his face was a lot smoother then about a month later, all of the acne was gone and has never returned. I purchased the cheapest priced zinc from the local CVS store. Zinc is a mineral that our bodies need but so much of our farm land has beed depleted of this and other important mineral.
