dear jay ice,
well done so far.
Nah, cs isn't going to cure acne, and no other one thing will do it either
in my humble opinion. But CS is going to help a lot.
CS applied onto the skin will sooth, and also decrease infections on or
maybe in the skin.
CS taken internally will have the same soothing and disinfecting effect.
It seems that CS has to be in contact with the offending organism for the
action to take place. Fat, oil, mucous and dryness will prevent CS from
making contact.
So use CS as part of what you are trying to do.
I believe that acne is one of the ways that the body gets rid of waste
products. I also believe that my problems like that are cause by stress and
my inability to handle, defuse or get rid of the effects of the stresses.
Stressors are all sorts of things like sugar, meat, tobacco, alcohol etc and
also hassling with parents, teachers, God, friends, colleagues, boss, and my
own mind. Most of this stuff gets caught up in my body and causes a lot of
trouble, like any other garbage which is not removed to the correct place
for garbage. Body garbage and Mind garbage. I think that because the other
methods of garbage removal are under-utilized or dysfunctional that skin
gets overloaded. faeces, urine, breath and skin and mental stuff.
So pay attention to all of these, make sure their engines are running and
with your permission and sort of under your control, like you have the
steering and brake and accelerator. OK.
The mind stuff goes quite easily and fairly quickly and almost automatically
if you just let it. You could start with some self-talk, (at first these are
what you would like to be.) Mutter them over and over again :
I am safe.
I am OK.
I am worthy. Things like that
then and also:
I don't need this .... anymore (.... could be anything. acne, fear, etc.
Your choice. )
These two will take you a long way and will get a lot of the major crap out
of the way.
Figure out a mechanism of ecologically viable and sustainable garbage
disposal which will work for you. One of my personal favourites is to know
that my 'stuff' will go onto the Compost Heap where sun and rain and the
composting bugs and bacteria transform it into lovely nutrituous compost for
the good of all. That my hate or fear of so-and so will very soon be growing
a rose or a carrot or supporting a redwood seedling. Use your own paradigm
to work with this in a circular or spiral upwards way.
A simple lemon juice, olive oil and garlic will help to cleanse and support
the liver. Juice of a lemon, (1 or 2 0z), table spoon or two of olive oil (1
or 2 oz) and a clove of peeled crushed garlic. (one or two of the small bulb
things, not the fist sized ball.) Fresh lemon juice from a lemon, not out a
bottle.
Start where you are and go slowly at first.
Drink plenty clean water, about 2 litres or more per day.
Eat fresh raw fruit and vegetable as your food.
For now try to avoid refined foods like flour, sugar, etc
For now try to avoid concentrated foods like meat, potatoes, rice, wheat
For now try to eliminate all supplements. Look for your medicine in your
food. I would eventually go back to a multivit, some vitC and maybe E and a
mineral sup per day. Again it will be your choice and requirements.
OK, not enough essential fatty acids seem to blamed for a lot of bad things.
Go get some flax seeds and whizz some in a coffee grinder or blender to
break them open. take at least about an oz or two a day.
Get some exercise. Mild stretching and swinging, a few minutes, a few times
a day at first. Marathons next year maybe :)
Yeah, and find a way to let the hormonal stuff out. At school we were taught
to sublimate. chop wood or any heavy exercise, write poetry, or paint to
express etc. Didn't work for me. If I couldn't get it I got friendly with
myself.
enough for now.
Be Well
