Thanks, Laura! Well, I`m taking 10 micrograms a day in the vitmain/mineral tablets I got from Walmart. So far so good! When I got a FBS at the school health center of 112 a few months ago, they said I was diabetic and that I ought to freak out about it. I will never take shots, I`d rather check out of here and go Home! There are a lot of things in life worse than death... Marshalee
