Yes.  Just make sure they are all illuminated.  If one of them is in shadow,
you will get no output.
--Steve Y.  By the way, your panels are way overkill, and you still should
use a current limiting device.  Production of CS only takes 1 ma x a few
volts = just a few milliwatts.  You can use your panels to charge 9 volt
nicads so you can make CS at night as well!
