Hi Jay, CS will only be effective on single cell microbes. You will need the other ingredients for anything bigger.
CS is only effective if the silver can actually get to the microbe as well. If you are looking at something intestinal, it is usually thought of that CS may not reach all the way down there. Try some acidolphilus to try and repopulate the good bacteria which will benefit you by reducing bad bacteria and, by which, creating a better environment so the bigger parasites can't live. Anytime you ingest Colloidal silver you are likely killing this good bacteria so you should always follow your CS doses with the acidolphilus a couple hours later.
