I have the tape of the same speech. I think he may have been a little over cautious after his friend died from eating garlic when using the blood electrification. Garlic does have toxins in it, that is one reason it is so useful for some things, but then many foods have some level of toxins in them which the body is able to handle in small amounts. Many seeds and some nuts have cyanide in them, a can kill a small child, but are harmless to adults in moderation.
Garlic use to make me very ill. But after getting some chelation it stopped bothering me, so I believe that for me the problem was the garlic was chelating mercury and lead in my system and mobalizing it, making me sick.
