  Hi Marshall,

Raw garlic is well-recognized by the medical establishment for it's
anti-tumor, antibacterial and anti-cholesterol properties, and the
ability to help boost the immune system. The sulphur compounds give
garlic it's smell, and also create the myriad long chain compounds
that may be so useful in the body.

Raw garlic is well-known to cause upset stomachs in those who are
not used to eating it. I found it quite helpful in reducing the
headaches caused by mold, but had to stop eating it because it made
  me ill just like you.

I started eating it again recently, and it has the same wonderful
effect on the headaches as before. They are almost gone.

This time I have no upset stomach or ill effects from eating raw
garlic. I'm now eating about one whole crushed garlic per day, which
  I could never do before.

It seems your body may get used to it naturally.

Best Regards,

Mike Monett
