I make my CS with distilled water, same as everybody else.
I mix it with whatever I want if I want to.
As far as tap water ice cubes, think about it.
Hardly a contaminant.
Hopefully, they will still be ice cubes when you finish the drink.
CS isn't THAT fragile!
It's a wonder ANYONE'S overweight if they analyze every mouthful like THIS.
