I very much appreciate your reply.

I ended up trying a stronger dilution, about 50 ppm, and
used that, and started to see some improvement pretty
quickly, so for whatever reason, apparently the 10 ppm
dilution was not effective.

I was hesitant to use 500 ppm, i.e. the undiluted stuff
straight from the bottle, as everything I've read basically
seems to say such high ppm is overkill?

I didn't know they had a web site... duh for me not even
thinking to check.... but I am still curious about its
unusual color.
