Plenty of blood thinners around.
Aspirin (natural form would be willow bark) comes to mind first.
Vitamin E (I take 2000 units/day).
After a couple years on coumadin, the stories of people I know got to me. I told
my cardiologist what he could do with the coumidin, but hey, that's just me.
The funny thinkin' was at the beginning, when I was put on that rat poison, I
was told to cut back on the E. Seems it would interfere with the poison, as
would green leafy veggies (vitamin K) which also thins the blood.
Gotta love the mindset of them docs.
