Yes, Jonathan......these are the doses of EPA and DHA: 2,160 EPA daily 1,440 DHA daily Yes they are in capsules (1,000 Mg. each--VERY large......and I take 12 per day 6 in the morning and 6 in the evening). And yes, it is my understanding that that is a very large does. I was unaware of it's anti-viral or anti-bacterial properties.......that is very interesting for me to note. I think I may do a bit of research on that as well ( of course accessing Dr. Omura's information).
