##I stopped making that one because it was complicated to use and it could be abused and broken. I made a series 2 mech stir for about 2 days until I had run a few test batches with both and it dawned on me that the Thermal stir setup works just as well and is so much easier to comprehend. Mechanical stirring is speed sensitive. Stir too fast and some problems arise that just aren't an issue with convection currents. How does one convey the idea of the right speed without a tachometer?
