All you really need is a quart fruit jar, a plastic or wood top to mount the silver wire, 3- 9 volts battereis that you can snap togther, some clip leads from Radio Shack, a cheap digital multimeter (Harbor freigth Co. has them for $5.00), and about 24" of #12 pure silver wires. the silver is .999 or .9999 either one will work. you DO NOT want sterling silver as the nickel in it will poision you. Look at the web page "3 Battery CS" and use the diagram labeled "good". When you get eveything together contact me and I will give you instruction on the actual operation.
