Mike, Just my 2 cents. Though I have learned a lot from the very long and interminable, though on-topic thread between Ol'Bob and Mike Monett and others over the Faraday equation, salt tests vs. lab tests, etc, etc. many times the very techie threads are virtually off-topic for us technically challenged members. It might just be possible that the off-topic health related threads are a weird response to the non-health CS topics? While I myself am somewhat interested in all the thousands of refinements of how to best make CS (the ones I can understand), when the over-my-head stuff goes on too long, I kinda welcome the off-topic things...... Not arguing with anything you said, just one view from a non-tech member. I am, myself, very good at using the delete button..... paula
