I wait until I get a sunburn and then spray the burn only with CS. I have
been doing this for the last two years. Most of the time the sunburn is gone
but I have peeled several times. I quit using sunscreens except for problem
areas like nose, lips and ears.
Mike. How did the lemonade fast work? I lost 30 pounds on Atkins then
nothing. I see there are Carb. blockers made from Lima beans being marketed to
keep the weight loss going. Anyone try them?
I went to my DR for a two year endoscope check up for Barrets Esophagus and
found that even with this weight loss I am still 2 pounds heavier than two
years ago!
