Interesting how big bucks allows this and fights that depending on who is accusing them. One dau big buck is the pharms, next day it's the supplement folks and , of course it's always special interest lobbiests. Regardless of what they're lobbying for or against, it takes big bucks to do it..so they're "it".
The poor person screams "protect me from myself"! ..but you'd better not have any money to do it with. Is there a difference between the herb ephedrine and the synthesized chemical ephedrine..as in the analog chemical pseudo-ephedrine used for cold pills ..by big bucks 'over the counter' interests who are always trying to get drugs approved so you don't have to get an expensive prescription from the big bucks medical establishment? [and sold 'as' methamphetamine by unscuplulous dealers to people who don't know the difference between a cold pill, meth, caffine pills and any other form of stimulant] If someone gets rich, does that make you an idiot who can't read and do research? Is sales propaganda from any corner an iffallible and irresistable order to buy stuff without thinking about what it might be and eating it like candy? Next thing you know, McDonalds is going to get sued for making fat kids eat there f-i-v-e t-i-m-e-s a d-a-y. Fat kids must be pretty industrious to make $20-$25 a day to pay for that. Shucks, just think what a windfall a settlement could mean for Wendys. It's already been established that McDonalds made coffee a deady hot substance and floors were never slippery when wet before the big bucks insurance companies made you fall down. Of course herbs are always safe to consume like cows eat hay..they're natural! Pass me that hemlock soup please. Have a little mandrake on that? Protect me! Protect me! PS Not all dealers are dishonest and some illicit drug manufacturors are very good conscientious chemists. Some actually go on to get PHDs and get into pharmeceutical research. I know for a fact that little labs operate as private little hobby projects at places like Eli Lilly. I know of a group that paid their way through collage that way. Pretty good meth at a good price. Did you know that MOST people who use addictive substances don't get addicted?..like maybe they have enough brains and restraint to acknowledge the dangers and take steps to prevent falling?
